Johan founded Keystone Wealth Group with a vision to combine technical accounting mastery with a deeply personal touch. Starting his career in 2007, he moved from clerical roles to completing his articles and establishing his own practice to better serve his community. As a SAIPA-registered Professional Accountant and SARS Tax Practitioner, Johan focuses on the human element within every financial statement.
He prioritizes relationship-building, believing that truly effective financial guidance begins with listening. Johan delivers practical, reliable advice rooted in the belief that every client deserves to be understood.
When he is not navigating complex tax landscapes, he enjoys hiking, playing piano, and time with family.

Diederick Pretorius

Meet Diederick
Diederick’s career is fueled by problem-solving and growth. Originally a qualified mechanic and Workshop Manager, he transitioned from the automotive industry to pursue his passion for finance, earning his BCom Management Accounting degree in 2026.
This unique shift from the workshop floor to the boardroom provides Diederick with a highly practical and analytical perspective. He applies hands-on leadership and a solutions-driven mindset to every financial challenge at Keystone Wealth Group.
An avid outdoorsman, Diederick enjoys fishing and hunting when away from the office. He lives by a simple code: work hard, remain consistent, and deliver results.
